The DataZone warehouse stores an expansive amount of student data and spans many different types of data elements. The purpose of this page is to provide you with an overview of the types of data available to users and where they may most easily locate those data elements in the analytics/dashboards.
This is not an exhaustive list - rather a general list of the most widely known and used data elements. These data elements can be found in the general dashboards as well as within My Classroom, My Site and the Master Rosters.
While this outlines the available data, data quality is important to review and validate on a regular basis in order to ensure district and school-wide consistency in data collection (reporting/coding), etc.

Individual Student Data Individual student data can be found in the Student Profile, Master Rosters (SMR, EL MR, or Gradation MR), Early Warning Student Risk List as well as in the Student Lists (which can be drilled into from any metric).
