District Snapshot

Overview
The District Snapshot dashboard provides a quick summary of metrics that may be helpful for administrators while developing district reports such as the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP). It is currently accessible to district level users and displays data for the current year and the year-to-date period.
Student Subgroups
The District Snapshot shows percentage breakdowns for attendance, marks, GPA, and discipline broken down by school and by these student subgroups:
Gender
Language Proficiency
Foster Youth
Special Education
Socio-economically Disadvantaged
Race/Ethnicity (expand/collapse the subgroups that make up that race/ethnicity with the +/- icons)
School Filter
In both Analytics and SMART, there is a school filter on the top left corner of each page to limit views to specific schools or select all schools in the district.
Snapshot Pages
The following table provides a description of the data available on each page of the District Snapshot for both Analytics and SMART.
