District Snapshot
Overview
The District Snapshot dashboard provides a quick summary of metrics that may be helpful for administrators while developing district reports such as the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP). It is currently accessible to district-level users and displays data for the current year and the year-to-date period.
Student Subgroups
The District Snapshot shows percentage breakdowns for attendance, marks, GPA, and discipline broken down by school and by these student subgroups:
Gender
Language Proficiency
Foster Youth
Special Education
Socio-economically Disadvantaged
Race/Ethnicity (expand/collapse the subgroups that make up that race/ethnicity with the +/- icons)
School Filter
In both Analytics and SMART, there is a school filter on the top left corner of each page to limit views to specific schools or select all schools in the district.
Snapshot Pages
The following table provides a description of the data available on each page of the District Snapshot for both Analytics and SMART.
