General Dashboard Navigation
Navigation
The navigation menu is located at the top of the screen. This menu allows users to easily access DataZone Apps and Support resources.
Navigation Toolbar
The Toolbar in the upper right hand of the screen allows users to change the settings of their view and profile.
The full-screen mode icon, when clicked, makes the dashboard take up the full screen of your device.
The User icon allows users to quickly navigate to the support page, create a help ticket, or log out.
The Contrast mode icon allows the user to switch their view between light mode and dark mode.
Dashboard Menu
The main Dashboard menu has been moved out so that it is more visible and easier to access. The Dashboard menu provides a listing of available dashboards across many different data elements. Data is organized into these categories for data type and reporting style.
Within each main dashboard (i.e. Foundations, State Assessments, etc.), there will be more specific sub dashboards. Click on the dropdown arrow next to the Dashboard name to see the available sub dashboards.
Note: If you are in an elementary district, you will not see High School dashboards.
Dashboard Page Overview
A dashboard is a collection of graphs, data tables and metric blocks contained on one page/webpage. They are grouped by topics and similar data content.
