Basic Overview of the Service Link System

 

There are four components of Service Link. These four components are outlined below, followed by an example of the Student Referral Form.

 

 

Students

Allows users to search for a student record AND/OR create a new referral for a student

 

Referral

Allows users to search for existing/created referrals for specific service providers, modify the information for existing referrals, AND/OR create a new referral for a student to a service provider.

 

 

Family Engagement

Allows users to manage and monitor events and series by the SLS Coordinator. The events and series could be school-specific or district-wide events that support the SLS program goals.

 

File Export

Allows a coordinator to download all student, referral, and family engagement events and series data into a standardized report necessary for Santa Clara County Behavioral Health Services Department. Exports are available for each school year, and will include data from July 1-June 30 of a given school year.
