Visit the Accessing & Troubleshooting page. This will walk you through the steps to check on your access and, if needed, report them to the DataZone Help Desk. Accessing Service Link: Logging In & Out and Troubleshooting

 

Steps to review Report data:

  1. Review District Export to identify issues

  2. Cross-check corrections needed against forms, with other staff

  3. Make updates in Service Link App 

  4. Export data again, check a sample of updates applied

  5. Submit data to BHSD
