How does Service Link Work

Service Link allows School Linked Services coordinators at participating Santa Clara County schools the ability to consistently input, track, and report student referrals to service providers. SLS Coordinators can easily enter information about a student’s referral to a service provider, track the “linking” of services from student/family to provider, and report to necessary stakeholders the necessary information about such services.
