Standard Groups

Standard Groups are standard, pre-defined and dynamic groups of students that are generated by the DataZone system. Please note that Standard Groups are only applicable for the current school year, which means that this filter cannot be used for a previous year selection.

For example, a standard student group filter is Chronically Absent. This standard student group has been defined and calculated by the DataZone system and updates nightly. Therefore, each morning this Chronic Filter will show a list of students who are considering chronically absent based on their attendance data from yesterday.
