Automate Third Party Assessment Data

We are able to automate assessment transfers between vendors. The vendors below currently provide automate secure file transfers.

iReady Data Sharing Request Process

For districts to begin sharing iReady data with DataZone, they need to do the following:

  1. Get a signed data sharing agreement with iReady (Curriculum Associates)

  2. Sign and email it to support@datazone.org as well as the Curriculum Associates lead for their district.

  3. The school/district will need to reach out to their i-Ready Partner Success Manager (PSM) who will facilitate the export delivery process. They’ll get the necessary consent forms signed and schedule the exports that should be sent to your SFTP. If the school/district are already sending their exports to you and they want to make changes, their PSM would be able to help with this as well.

    1. Curriculum Associates has Santa Clara County Office of Education (SCCOE) listed on file so the school/district can mention the full name or acronym SCCOE to their PSM when requesting for exports to be sent.

  4. Provide us with the names of the assessment windows. Once the first window has concluded, please do a dashboard check to review the iReady data.

This process is currently for i-Ready Math and Reading assessments only.

Important note about the file: In the event that a student took the test more than once in a test window only the highest score the student received will be visible in the overall dashboards. However, the individual administration and the student’s score will be visible on the student profile.
