SEL & CCR Survey Questions

DataZone’s SEL Survey consists of two components: Social Emotional Learning & College and Career Readiness (CRR). Each section and subset of questions was carefully constructed to ensure students could access the text and the content. Below are the survey questions on the Survey organized by SEL and CCR.  In total, there are 21 items related to student social-emotional learning and 5/9/10 questions related to College and Career Readiness (ELEM/MS/HS).

SEL Survey Questions by Competency

Students were asked to respond to the following statements on a 5-point Likert scale. Students are required to answer all 21 questions for their responses to be reflected in the DataZone SEL dashboards.
