2 ways to View Scores in the Assessment App
There are two ways to view students’ scores from the Assessment Summary page:
View scores in list format in the platform;
Download the scores into an Excel file.
Option 1: View Scores in Assessment App
Go to the Assessment List.
Click on the assessment name or the pie chart to the right of the name
This is the Assessment Summary page.
At the bottom of the page, under Assessment Administrations, click on the icon.
The scoring page will show a list of students and their scores. This is the same page in which the scores were entered.
If the test is still unlocked, you may be able to change a student’s score (if needed and in alignment with your district’s scoring policies).
Option 2: Downloading the Scores
Downloading student scores allows you to extract the student information in an Excel format.
Go to the Assessment Summary page below Assessment Administration
Click on the icon next to the term and administration.
The file will download directly to your desktop.
Note: This file contains student names, so please adhere to FERPA and student data privacy practices when using this information.
Viewing student data in dashboards in DataZone Analytics
Another way to view student scores is to go into DataZone Analytics. You can find your students’ scores in the Local Assessment dashboards.
Go to the Waffle Menu
Select the assessment name from the dashboard list
Note: The names may be condensed (or hidden) within the “pancake” menu on the far right. Click on the pancake menu to see the list of local assessments.
