Student Search - There are four components of Service Link. These four components are outlined below, followed by an example of the Student Referral Form.

Allows users to search for a student record AND/OR create a new referral for a student

Referral - Allows users to search for existing/created referrals for specific service providers, modify the information for existing referrals, AND/OR create a new referral for a student to a service provider.
Family Engagement

Events - Allows users to create an event that a student or groups of students may be “referred” to. These events are associated with Family Engagement activities.
File Export - allows you manage and monitor events and series by the SLS Coordinator. The events and series could be school-specific or district-wide events that support the SLS program goals.

Allows a coordinator to download all student, referral, series and event referral and family engagement events and series data into a standardized report necessary for Santa Clara County Behavioral Health Services Department. The referral information includes referrals since July 1stExports are available for each school year, and will include data from July 1-June 30 of a given school year.
